Our Leadership Development Program cultivates and advances leadership talent within companies, and provides clients with consultative services that guide companies in successful integration of the talent.

In 2003, Elizabeth A. Martin and Associates developed a professional development growth model that helps you stage your leadership development and track your leadership growth. We use proven tools that assess your specific areas of focus, such as leadership skills, emotional intelligence, work style preferences, and work values. We also include executive coaching is an important component of the leadership program, as described below.

Executive Coaching Program

Our Executive coaching is offered in two formats, within the Leadership Development Program, and as a stand alone Executive Coaching Program. The Executive Coaching Program is a separate program for individuals who want to advance their professional development. Our program offers you a private and confidential opportunity to identify areas for growth, strengthen and expand professional behaviors/skills, learn problem solving and decision making techniques, enhance communication methods, develop interpersonal skills to foster professional relationships, and more. We utilize assessments, as needed, to help you clarify your goals and measure progress.

Executive coaching in the Leadership Development Program leaders may include additional topics such as creative and strategic thinking, strategic communication, development of results-oriented teams, and collaborative and motivational techniques.
